    Can I drive across the border to Kosovo or Montenegro?

    Kosovo and Montenegro yes, on request — we add a small border-crossing insurance fee. Other borders on a case-by-case basis. Ask us when you book.

    Do you offer airport pickup?

    Yes, from Tirana International (TIA). We charge a flat €30 and we'll be there with a coffee. Book it as an extra during checkout.

    What's the fuel policy?

    Full tank in, full tank out. You pay for the fuel you use. Any camper we hand over is topped up and cleaned.

    Is the water drinkable?

    The freshwater tank holds up to 150 litres and yes — we clean it before every rental and we drink from it ourselves. Refills are easy at fuel stations and municipal fountains.

    Can I bring my dog?

    By default no — but talk to us. Some of our regular travellers do bring dogs, and we've had exactly one incident (a nose print on a curtain). Extra €40 cleaning fee if agreed.

    How do I get to the workshop?

    We're 15 minutes from Skanderbeg Square by taxi. Address and directions arrive with your booking confirmation. If you're flying in, airport pickup is easiest.

    What if the camper breaks down?

    Call us. We built it, so we can talk you through most fixes over the phone. If it's serious, we come to you.

    Can I extend my rental last-minute?

    Almost always, if the camper isn't already booked after you. Send us a message, we'll check the calendar and reply within a few hours.
