The rental
By booking with Uhuru Campers, you agree to these terms. The rental starts when we hand you the keys and ends when we take them back. The camper stays your responsibility for the whole period.

Who can drive
Anyone listed on the booking as a driver, aged 25 or over, holding a Category B licence for at least two years. Anyone else driving requires our written agreement.

Payments and deposit
The full rental amount and a refundable deposit are due before pickup. Bank transfer is our default. The deposit is refunded within five working days of drop-off, minus any documented damage or missing items.

Where you can drive
Albania is included. Kosovo and Montenegro on request with a small extra insurance fee. Other borders require our written agreement. Off-road driving is not permitted.

Fuel
Full tank in, full tank out. If the tank isn't full at drop-off, we top it up and deduct the cost plus a €25 refuelling fee from the deposit.

Damage
Small things — a scratch, a broken glass — we absorb. Anything larger is deducted from the deposit, and if it exceeds the deposit, from you directly. We document everything with photos on pickup and drop-off.

Cancellation
Full refund up to 40 days before pickup. 50% refund from 40 to 30 days out. Non-refundable inside 30 days unless we agree otherwise. See the cancellation policy page for the full details.

Insurance
The camper is insured for third-party liability and collision damage. The deductible is €1,500 unless waived by a separate agreement. Personal belongings are not insured — bring your own cover.

Disputes
Governed by Albanian law. Any disagreement we can't work out over WhatsApp goes to the courts of Tirana.
